I’ve been a lake lover all my life.  My parents introduced me to lake living when I was a young child, at Lake Norman, NC.  When I eventually landed as an adult in Richmond, I bought a boat and started exploring the waterways of Virginia.  That’s how I discovered the little-known gem of Lake Anna.  I was startled to find such a boating treasure just 45 minutes from my home in the West End of Henrico.

Since 1995, I’ve split my time between my home on the lake and my place in Henrico. I’m active in Lake Anna Civic Association and the chairman of the annual July 4th fireworks show. I’m also a member of Lake Anna Boating and Recreation Association.
