Conveniently located in Central Virginia, Lake Anna is an easy drive from several major metropolitan areas.

It’s about an hour and a half from Washington D.C., and approximately 30 minutes from Fredericksburg. Richmond and Charlottesville are each less than an hour’s drive.

This lake has some of the best waterfront in the Mid-Atlantic.

I created a copyrighted map showing the back roads to Lake Anna that I will be glad to send you. Because the lake is bordered by Louisa, Spotsylvania, and Orange counties, I wanted the map to clearly and easily show how to get to different parts of the lake from major metropolitan areas. This map is 24” x 28” and on the other side is a map of the lake.
